WPTI is excited to partner with LaGuardia Community College’s College and Career Pathways Institute (CCPI) to offer CCPI’s Career Advisement Training Series.
This workshop is for practitioners who have an interest in developing advanced skills in career facilitation and have already taken CCPI’s Career Exploration Programming, Building a College and Career Going Culture or Integrating Career Development into the Classrooms. Attendees will explore career development theory as it relates to the development of self-knowledge and decision making and will have the opportunity to participate in a variety of hands-on activities that will help adults and young people develop a strategic career plan and goals.
Providers who have already taken LaGuardia CCPI’s Career Exploration Programming, Building a Career and College Going Culture or Integrating Career Development in the Classroom
This training is only for staff from programs which DYCD contracts. Registrations will be reviewed and you will be sent a confirmation email within 24 to 72 hours of registration, plus a final reminder email the day before the training. Any registrations from individuals from programs that do not hold a DYCD program contract will be unable to participate in this training.
