| Ms. Landesman joined WPTI in 2005 as Director of Training, a role that involved the oversight and development of all trainings and technical assistance products.Under her supervision, WPTI tripled its training staff, created scores of training workshops, and developed customized training and technical assistance packages for organizations within and outside of the New York City metropolitan region. She was promoted to Executive Director in July 2010. She is a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC) and received her Bachelor's degree in Psychology from SUNY-Albany and her Master's degree in Rehabilitation Counseling from New York University. | | |

| Mr. Genua joined WPTI in March 2006. He works with the Executive Director on fundraising and development for the organization. He graduated from the College of William & Mary in Virginia with a degree in English Literature. | |

| Ms. Pettigrew joined WPTI in February 2010. She works with the staff to coordinate training program logistics, including the maintenance of the student registration system, and provides administrative support to WPTI. Tina is currently working toward her MA in Bioethics at New York University. | |

| Tirza Barnes-Griffith joined WPTI in July 2008 as a Training & Projects Manager. Tirza has over six years of experience in workforce development, working with the Welfare-to-Work and TANF populations. Prior to WPTI, Tirza worked for the SUNY-Brooklyn Educational Opportunity Center (BEOC) - Bridge Program as a Career Advisor and Workshop Facilitator. In this capacity Tirza trained adults to prepare for and seek employment, gain skills for the workplace, and start a new career. As a consultant, Tirza has presented customized workshops that improve team-work effectiveness and leadership development among staff and managers of various non-profit and educational organizations, including City University of New York and the Human Resource Administration. She is also an active member of the National Speakers Association (NSA), the leading organization for experts who speak professionally. Tirza earned her Bachelors degree in Corporate Communications from Bernard M. Baruch College. | |

| Mr. Salemson joined WPTI in March 2006 as the Training & Project Manager. Prior to WPTI, Dan served as Director of Workforce Development for Midtown Community Court, a joint venture of the New York State Unified Court System and the nonprofit Center for Court Innovation. He graduated magna cum laude from North Carolina State University with degrees in History and Political Science. | |
